Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
We strive to provide high-quality sarees and excellent service. Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
· The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
· The refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.
· The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
· Color variations due to screen resolution differences.
· Items purchased during sale or discount offers.
· Sarees that have been custom-stitched, altered, or used.
3. Refund Process
1. Email us at helpdesk@florafasion.co.in with your order number, images of the product, and reason for the refund.
2. Our team will review the request and approve or reject it within 48 hours.
3. If approved, the customer will be required to return the item (if applicable).
4. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
· If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will bear the shipping costs.
· For other refund requests, the customer must cover return shipping costs.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If there are delays beyond 10 business days, contact us at helpdesk@florafasion.co.in.
